When I licence image inside photoshop via Adobe Stock Library Panel, I will get info that I have 14 credits on my account. And when I go to Adboe Cloud Im seeing that I have 145 Credits. So Photoshop is not showing my Adobe Stock Credits right inside Photoshop. Any idea why this is happening?

Please post your concern again here if you happen to be stuck after burning credits showing from PS, from the way I experienced here - it will automatically use unused quotas from your account.  This does look like an issue which I will follow up - but in meantime - it won't stop you from using all image credits you have.

Joon

Hi there,

That's strange!

Have you tried to sign out of the Adobe Creative Cloud application and then sign back in?

Hello there,

Would you be willing to update CC apps as well as applications you are using (i.e PS) and check?  Also, is your adobe ID belonging to any team account? (personal and team account image counts work separately)  when you used license from PS - did it reduce the image count from web site?

Regards

Joon

Updated the Photoshop and the same results. And yes .. my PS shows now 10 images and Adobe Stock 137 as I just purchased one to test out .. I would not want to test out this more on random images as I would lose my credits. And I dont know what will happen when in Photoshop I will get down to 0
