Adobe, this is a terrible customer experience; that I purchased image licenses through dollarphotoclub.com years ago and now due to the acquisition of the company, Adobe has failed to make available the purchase history and license agreements under my account. 

 

Please address the situation by having one of your customer support representatives reach out to me to reserve this problem. Failure to do so could result in legal actions.

I’m fully aware of their dissolution, thus my inquiry.

I already reached out to customer service. They told me to post here.

Who, within the Adobe organization is going to take responsibility for the
DollarPhotoClub company and its legal obligations?

So far, no takers.
