Error cancelling Adobe Stock.

I need help cancelling my adobe stock trial. I did not want to pay for this because I do not use it. As a student, I do not want to to have any additional monthly subscription. I am getting an error "There was a problem processing your request."

I also need a refund for this ASAP. Please help.

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images (per month) one-year plan on 06 Sep 2018. The subscription has already been cancelled.
