Error cancelling Adobe Stock.

I need help cancelling my adobe stock trial. I did not want to pay for this because I do not use it. As a student, I do not want to to have any additional monthly subscription. I am getting an error "There was a problem processing your request."

I also need a refund for this ASAP. Please help.
