After licensing photos, I save a copy on my computer.  I did a few of them with no problem, but then on the last one I got this message:

"Oops! We couldn't save that one"

All the photos came from the same series.

I've taken these steps and none have fixed the issue-

I saved it to my library and downloaded it again from there.

I cleared my browser history and cache.

I tried to save to a different location on my computer.

I waited a day, logged back in and tried again.

What's going on?

Hi @defaults63xbfmavjn7

I have checked the file and was able to successfully download it. The message you saw is not a message that Adobe Stock would display. It seems like a message you would receive, possibly, from your operating system. Can you try downloading the file to a different location?

It's not that I can't download it, it's that it won't Save once I do download it.  I did try saving it to multiple different locations on my computer.

It won't save. How are you saving it? Could you provide a screenshot of the error?
