Error when trinyg to merge fotolia account with Adobe Stock account

Hi! I've been in Adobe Stock for a few years but recently I've been unable to login because it seems that Fotolia is being merged to Adobe Stock and when they ask me to login to Fotolia to synchronize the accounts, I get an error (It's in Portuguese, the red text, which says "The selected account is already being used"). Why is this? I'm trying to login with my old Fotolia account but it says it's already being used. I don't get it. Has anyone else seen this issue?
