Errors on sign into Stock

I've got the same error.  

The console of the browse shows an error .

"Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read property 'day' of null"

 

Not sure if it is related, but I am trying to login from Bulgaria.

I moved this to its own thread because your error may be different. Are you just stuck on the sign in page? Could you please open the error under the Network section in the browser log and look for x-request ID and post that here? I filed a ticket with the appropriate team and any additional info you can provide would be helpful.

Hi, 

 

Yes, I did clear my browser history. I did try with Chrome and Edge. The same result. 

I am stuck on the sign in page.

In the network tab, there is a request that fails - https://auth.services.adobe.com/signin/v2/configurations/undefined. Returns 404 - not found. 

I was not able to find x-request ID in the network tab.

Additionally, it would be helpful if you attempt to sign in again. This will generate a fresh log for them and it will be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.
