Extremely slow video download

Hi there,

 

I know there is someone else that just posted, that the download is really slow. But I'd like to give my 2 cents to this topic, too, just to spread awareness and in english.

 

So today I bought a short video of the size of 71MB and I wanted to download it. It took me nearly an hour just to get the hd-preview with just a tenth the size of the licenced version. I checked my connection. Speed test says everything is ok. Tried different networks, LAN/WLAN. Nothing changed. Midway the download just stops working and the load amount stays at 0 kb/s and sporadically jumbs to 1,7 bytes/s. So after researching I think I can exclude myself as a source of error.

Now my question is: How do I solve this? I payed for the video, but cannot download/use it.

Hi @Rico5E19,

If you are having difficulty downloading a file then please check the following:

  • Download directly from Adobe Stock website, not Creative Cloud application
  • Download from a different browser
  • Disable any browser extensions and restart browser and download

Please reply to this thread whether download is successful or not.
