Fehler in Fotos entdeckt – was tun?

Sehr geehrtes Adobe Team,

Was kann hier also getan werden? Könnten Sie die Bilder ggf. überprüfen?

Danke und freundliche Grüße!

Ingo,

We have checked the file at our end and can confirm that both the files are faulty.

However, I have checked your account details under the Adobe ID shared in the forums and was unable to locate any subscription under the same ID. Also, there is no download history under the same account.

Have you perhaps signed up with a different Adobe ID where you have an active Adobe Stock subscription? Please private message your Adobe ID so that I can add  image licenses to your account

Regards,

Twarita

Hello Twarita,

the Adobe ID as follows:

Ingo Schwarz

[personal information removed for your protection - https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-3731]

[This is a public forum, not Adobe support, please do not post personal information]

[When a Staff person asks for private information hover your mouse over their name]

[you may then click the Message option in the popup window to send a private email]

I hope that helps a bit? The image #40190546 was bought via the fotolia account. Should I separately contact fotolia to fix this problem?

The image #212232547 was bought some weeks ago via this Adobe ID.

It would be nice if we could find a solution!

Thanks in advance and kind regards!
