Hi, I started a free trial with a new email account. I failed to note the passwort for this email account and therefore can not log in to see the code that I need to log into new adobe trial account. There I can not chancel my trial after 4 weeks. I got billed in the meanwhile and NEED a way out of this dilemma. There is no chance for me to get access to the email account with which I started the free trial.

Adobe billed me for: STKS,ALL,MLP,DRI01,MUE,001,N/A
What is this exactly and how can I get out of this deal, that I never accessed?
thank you for you help, I couldn´t find any other way to contact Adobe about this.
Kind regards,
Sandra

Looks like an Adobe Stock subscription. You need to contact Adobe to have this sorted out, perhaps they will let you cancel your plan early in exchange for a penalty payment. Do NOT use Google to find contact details. Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @Deleted User, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.
