That history should have been migrated into your account.
True, that's what the Adobe support folks told me. However my Fotolia purchases did not transfer.
They told me I would have to talk to Fotolia support for this issue and gave me this link: https://www.fotolia.com/Info/Contact
I was able to log into the old Fotolia account and I have 4 purchases and licenses that did not transfer.
You were given the best advice. Please contact Fotolia customer service directly and they should be able to assist.
Please provide me your Fotolia ID to get this checked and will update you with more information.

The account is not migrated yet. But you are eligible for the online migration and you can migrate to the existing Adobe ID of yours.
