So, a couple months back, i tried a free month of 10 free pictures, but when i wanted to cancel that subscription, as i didn't want to pay for this, I didn't have the option to do so. Then for the last couple of weeks, i've been getting emails about my payment failing, which is because i didn't have money on my account at the time. And while this was going on, i still couldn't cancel my subscription. Then today, 275 dkk was taken from my account, which I didn't want and tried several times to cancel, they still took the money. Then when i actually canceled now, it said it would take another 1375 dkk, which doesn't make any sense on earth to why it would do that. So what i'm getting at, is I want my 275 dkk back, and i won't be charged for a mistake made by your site.

Since you were unable to cancel the subscription before the month end, it started charging you and as you confirmed that there was no balance in your account the charges did not go through and were left pending. Once the amount was available, all the pending charges went through (275 dkk) and it started showing you the cancellation fee for 1375dkk.

I would advise you to Contact Customer Care for the cancellation and refund requests.
