Help With Poor Quality Photo

Hi Support

Today I bought a photo which I want to print to a canvas 120x90mm. Unfortunately, the quality of the photo is too poor, even though it is sold as XL 300dpi. The download is File: #171347227. The file is no good to me now.

The file looks to be fine. It's 4500 X 300 pixels and the quality looks decent.

The size probably that you're trying to print is quite large and you'll be requiring a larger file to avoid pixelation.

I'd suggest you probably check with your printer the minimum file size required to print such a canvas and then license a file accordingly.
