Hallo,

ich habe ein Creative Cloud Abo und war gerade dabei, Bilder zu lizenzieren.
Leider war anscheinend ein Premium Bild dabei, welches dann anscheinend bestellt worden ist.

Ich möchte diese Bestellung stornieren, finde aber nirgends die Möglichkeit dazu.

Und da Samstag ist, ist der Chat und das Telefon natürlich offline

Ich bezahle sonst immer über PayPal und habe auch schon einen Käuferschutz Antrag gestellt, gibt es sonst noch eine Möglichkeit, gleich dieses Problem zu melden?

Well, as you said, it is WE and Adobe people are also off! I’m sure that you will get help on Monday.

There is effectively no possibility to go back on your buy by using a button or something else. That would be to easy for the bad guys.

I will send a message to Adobe to look into your case.

Gerne würde ich den Support in der gleichen Sach kontaktieren. Wenn ich auf den Link von Sheena klicke komme ich auf eine Übersichtsseite und von dort aus nicht weiter. Der Button "Contact us" wird angezeigt aber er lässt sich nicht auswählen. Vielen Dank für einen kleinen Tipp wohin ich mich wenden kann.
