How can I transfer my subscription to a different Adobe account?

I would like to continue with my plan subscription but i need it to be in another Adobe account, how can i transfer it?

Hi Berenice,

Please note that you need to cancel your subscription under the current Adobe ID and need to purchase a new subscription using a different Adobe ID (where you need the transfer to be made).
