How do I report an image?

I recently downloaded a cute photo of a dog and his owner, but when I got the high resolution version, I saw very clearly that the dog had a HUGE arousal that could not go to any client work, but the photo had already been signed off on. I'd like to protect future users form the hours of photoshop work to make this image usable, since at the size you see it just looks like his foot! There are several other photos in this series with the same problem.
