How to change the format of the photo I buy?

When I started buying photos, I always received them in .jpeg format, which was perfect.
I probably modified a parameter without realizing it and since then, I receive my photos in .ai.

Who can help me and tell me how to find my .jpeg format back please?

Thanks for reaching out to the Stock team. If you need images in JPEG format, please filter your search to only 'photos'. Please see the screenshot shared below.
