I can´t cancel my trial stock Adobe order

Hi there

I have made a trial order in Stock Adobe and I dont want to proceed and wanted to cancel it.

I have searched how I can do this and I could not find any cancelation option like explained in this URL: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

Please let me know how can I cancel my order as I dont want it.

Hi, I've got the same problem.

I signed up to the trial, and was hoping to cancel. Instead, I can't find any way to cancel under my Adobe accounts, and now the first invoice for 36 euros has gone out of my account!

It feels like Adobe is trying to trap people into the annual Stock plans without them realising it!

Please help me cancel my plan, the order was: ADB056670078ES

Adobe does not try to avoid you to cancel your plan. I have a cancel button on my plan. So it is possible to cancel. Please go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, choose your plan, click „Manage plan“ and cancel.

If you have trouble canceling, it may well be that your payment has been refused.

In any case, when being unable ti cancel, you should Contact Customer Care .
