I can use a stock logo as part of a website only as a public appearance not as an brand logo. I would not try to License that as an official brand logo.

Hi Laurin,

Thanks for reaching out to the Adobe Stock community.

You need to have complete ownership of the image you use for your company logo since logos are intended to be registered and protected to prevent other companies or organizations from using the same image. Because Adobe Stock only grants a right to use images and does not transfer the ownership, these images cannot be used in or as a logo.

For more information, please refer to Common Questions, Adobe Stock

If you own the company logo then it is OK to use it over an Adobe Stock photo.

Also, please refer to the licensing terms and restrictions Stock Licensing & terms FAQ: Where can I find the terms and licensing information for Adobe Stock? of Adobe Stock for more details.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.
