Hi everyone 🙂
I've been wondering why I can't manage to get the image in the resolution announced on Adobe Stock.
As an example I bought this one : https://stock.adobe.com/fr/images/office-black-leather-workspace-with-office-supplies-and-copy-space...
It's announced as 7200 x 3688px but for some reason it's smaller than my 1920*1080 (RVB,72dpi) file...
Any idea ?

Apologies for the very late reply, we've had issues with email notifications not being created and it's been difficult to track unanswered posts. I was able to download this file at the full resolution. Please ensure you are using the latest version of Photoshop. If you are downloading from within the app you might also want to try downloading the file directly from the Adobe Stock website.
