I had a look at my bank account today and noticed I've been charged NZD $44.99 for an Adobe Stock membership. I haven't signed up for Adobe Stock in at least the last 5 years. I had a look through my bank account and found there were 2 other payments dating back to December 3rd. I logged into my Adobe account and saw that I was on a Stock plan I never signed up for. I went to cancel and it said I would be charged A$186.26 cancellation fee. I'm not paying any fees for something I never signed up for in the first place. I'm trying to call Adobe support but I've been on the phone for 45 minutes so far and no one seems to be picking up the phone.
Can someone from Adobe please get back to me on this ASAP. I would like reimbursement for the months paid so far and the cancellation fee waived.
Hi, I also having the same issues. And I cannot get a hold of anyone to fix it. In total I have been charged $199.96 AUD and I am unable to cancel my account without paying the next months of fees and the cancellation fee ! I too would also like to be contacted by the Adobe suppor team.
