I bought licenses for three separate images, and downloaded each individually to my Mac,

HOWEVER, the size I received is nothing like that listed on screen.

I've got KB not MB - what's wrong?

Hi,

thanks for your email.

I returned to the history download page and redownloaded -

Now I have x2 3mb images and a1x 12mb... Hopefully, that's good enough for our use.

By the way, I have to say Adobe's customer interface is the absolute worst I've ever encountered. Thoroughly disjointed, disconnected and unfriendly. Maybe you could tell someone!

Hi Hugh,

Could you please let me know are you viewing the file size of the image in finder or in any particular application?

I licensed and downloaded one of the file IDs which you have mentioned above(74912359) on my computer and it shows approximately 3 MB in size.

Regards,

Twarita
