Come mai se l'importo pagato per una singola immagine comprende l'imposta (€ 9,90 + € 2,20) l'importo dell' IVA non è presente in fattura?

Gentile Twarita, abbiamo acquistato tantissime immagini, sebbene sempre in versione singola ma non ci è stato mai richiesto il pagamente dell'IVA, tranne negli ultimi 2 ordini. Va bene per noi pagare l'IVA ma ci sembra corretto che tale importo venga poi corrisposto in fattura, cosa che non è avvenuta ultimamente come si evince dagli allegati.

Dear Tawarita, we have purchased many images, although always in single version but we have never been required to pay VAT, except in the last 2 orders. It is OK for us to pay VAT, but it seems correct that this amount is then reported on the invoice, something that has not happened lately as shown in the attachments.

Il problema sembra essere rientrato. I nuovi acquisti eseguiti su AdobeStock, adesso non includono più l'importo dell'IVA, pertanto si è trattato di 2 casi sporadici, relativi all'acquisto di 2 immagini in data 24 gennaio 2018.

Ringraziandola per il prezioso interessamento, chiuderei qui la faccenda visto che l'errore non si è ulteriormente perpretrato.

The problem seems to have come back. The new purchases made on AdobeStock, now no longer include the amount of VAT, so it was 2 sporadic cases, related to the purchase of 2 images on 24 January 2018.

Thanking you for your precious interest, I would close the matter here as the error did not go further.

we have the same problem.

In december 2017 we bought 10 pics from Adobe Stock and we paid the price included the Italian Tax (22%) but we received 10 different invoices everyone tax excluded (IVA 22%).

We need the correct invoices.

Could you help me?
