Like many others, I've been scammed by Adobe that will charge you a HUGE fee, when you don't want to pay the $39 for their 10 assets a month. 
I haven't seen such practices since the 90s scammers on the early Internet. Shame on you!

Why do you think that is a scam? Did you sign up for it?

 

When you subscribe to the Stock service – either for a free trial or afterwards – you can only get it if you agree to the subscription and cancellation terms:

 

Cancellation Terms:

 

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel during the first month of your subscription, your payment method will not be charged, and your service will continue until the end of that month. If you cancel within the first 14 days of the second month of your subscription, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel more than 14 days after your second  month begins, you’ll be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
