HI,

I licenced an image without realising that it required vector software #63918349. Is there a way of converting it to a jpeg without adobe illustrator? Or can I unlicence it?

Thanks!

Danielle

Hi Danielle,

I apologize for the troubles that you've been facing with the usage of the vector file. We've the vector file downloaded as .ai and therefore works the best in Adobe Illustrator. I don't think that converting the file to jpeg would help you retain the quality of the vector.

If you're just looking for jpeg files, I would suggest you to filter the search by selecting the jpeg option which would help you refine the results to show jpeg files only. Please see Stock FAQ: What are the search options in Adobe Stock?

Since there is no way to unlicense the file, I'll be adding 1 license to your account to use against this vector file.

Let me know if that helps!

Regards,

Sheena
