Is there a phone number or chat where I can speak to a live person? I want to keep my Adobe CC subscription but I need to update my credit card. It keeps telling me something went wrong when I go into my payment area. 

I also want to cancel my Adobe Stock subscription but am afraid that the phone number automation will cancel the wrong account. Is there a phone number where I can speak to a live person? I've been searching, looking online and I called the 1-800 number with no luck. They sure don't make it easy to get help.
