Hello, I downloaded a jpg file from Adobe stock with a standard license and tried to use it in Photoshop. But the file is unusable since it turns out to be too small and pixelated - The preview file was much better quality than the licensed one. Am I doing something wrong? And how can I find out what is the size of a file before downloading it?
This is a link to the file I downloaded:
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
The file does not export well as a jpeg. If you are able to open the .ai file in Illustrator you an export it as a TIFF and open it in Photoshop. Let me know if this is not an option.
I do not have Illustrator - just Photoshop. Therefore that is not an option for me. What could be a solution in this case? Also, how can I know such details before downloading any file?
Also, it looks like I am experiencing the same problem with these 2 images too that I just licensed:
I am looking forward to hear from you soon.
These are all from the same contributor. You will have this problem with any of this person's files. Please find another contributor. I have granted you replacement licenses.
Ok, thank you!
