Hello -

Anyone know how I can find out EXACTLY what the issue is with my 'MOdel/Property Release Issue'?

This is the 2nd time I've ad a batch of the same content rejected/sent back for a 'MOdel Property Rlease Issue' and I have no clue what the reason is... so each time I resubmit, it's a blind correction that hasnt hit the target yet.

How can I find out from a human at Adobe stoick whatt the actual issue is?

Hi kingcamerado, maybe if you could upload one of the photos or describe a bit more we could help you better.

Also some people don't read the instructions carefully enough. No way to know in your case For example, they don't have matching signature dates, or the picture doesn't match.

Take a model release, fill it out with junk data, but in the same way you filled out your real one (use names like Jane Model Doe, Jane Witness Doe or the like). Post that fake model release and specialists may find out the troubled data. Do not post the real one, as it contains private data.

Just in case of and because this is an easy guess: All dates need to be the same as the model, the witness and the photographer need to sign the same date.

Also if you shot n*des, you must add the id of the model to prove that the model is 18+. (I really appreciate the spam filter filtering even needed words out..:.)
