My account has been blocked this morning

Hello,

I hope I get some information here as my account is blocked this morning without any explanation other that I should have sent spam, which is not the case.

I am allready since 2006 a contributor and I am really surprised about what's going on.

I submit pictures and video's which are all different.

I never submit pictures and video's more then once.

I take this business very serious and I don't understand why fotolia blocked me and why I don't get any additional information about what I did wrong.

Through my own perception there is nothing that I did different then ever before.

I wrote to support but no answer up till now.

I tried to call fotolia but no chance to get through. I think I tried about 10 times to call them.

Being a stock photographer/videographer is for my living and I am upset about it.

Please give me an answer.

In what way is it blocked?  Can you log in? Have you gotten a message from Fotolia?

I can log in but the use is limited.

I can't do much there and I can't see my portfolio either.

I got a message that I should have sent spam which is not the case.

I tried to call them I think over 10 times today but the phone was not answered.

I sent them an email but didn't hear anything up till now.

I am allready submitting since 2006 and I never had problems submitting.

Lately I submitted some clips which were accepted everywhere else.

So, I really have no clue from what's going on.

I submit never the same pictures or video clips.

So I am puzzled and sad and upset because I can't reach them.

I don't get a reply on my email and inbetween my account is blocked, which means I don't sell anything.

And since it is my living I am worried and upset.
