Hi, i just recibe last month that my credits where going to expire in some time, but in any place i could se why is this happening o when was going to happen.

So today i get the surprise that i dont have more credits because of this, is not fair that i pay for that credits long ago but now i cant use them.

I want a reposition for this, and i cant believe that Adobe is making this for the old customers that Dollar Photo have.

How can i get back my credits?

Regards.

Hi Jorge,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.Your 12 unused downloads from Dollar Photo Club have expired. Get all the unused downloads back by simply subscribing to one of many Adobe Stock plans. Re-activated downloads are yours to keep for an additional year.
