I am a minor and I am not willing to go to that extent for a mere photo.

But I sure want that photo to be taken down and appropriate actions be taken and I should be compensated accordingly.

Any tips for that?

Adobe have said they will only act when a DMCA notice is served, to protect contributors and creators. It's not clear, though, whether a minor could submit a DMCA notice, since you have to make legally binding statements that you own the picture.
