My stock assets got lost

Adobe Stock is not reliable service. After downloading my plan - still paying of certain amount of assets a month - I am not able to download ANY assets anymore. My monthly plan is valid, but I am paying of nothing! Adobe Customer Service is not offering any help and my work is suffering... deadline tomorrow... Is anybody experiencing this?
