¡¡No dejan quitar la renovación automática en los planes anuales!! - PÉSIMO SERVICIO

He intentado hablar con el servicio de atención al cliente de Adobe Stock porque quiero cancelar la renovación automática de mi plan anual. Y su única respuesta es que tengo que cancelar el plan anual para quitar la renovación automática. Eso, conlleva un recargo del 50% aparte de quedarte sin el servicio. Me parece lamentable que no pueda acabar mi suscripción sin renovar automáticamente; es un intento de que la gente no se dé cuenta y cobrarles otro año entero, porque si cancelas el plan te penalizan con un recargo.

Según me han dicho si puedo hacerlo 30 días antes de que acabe mi suscripción y en los términos no se indica que esto sea así. Debería poder quitar la renovación automática en cualquier moemnto. Básicamente me han dicho eso, porque a un mes de acabar no te cobran penalización por cancelar. No parece que quieran dar a sus clientes la libertad de elegir si renovar o no, jugando así con que alguno no se entere en el momento apropiado y se vea atado a ellos un año entero más.

¡¡¡¡¡SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN LAMENTABLE!!!!!

The indications are correct. You can cancel anytime, but you will need to pay 50% of the remaining due as early cancellation fee.

If you cancel the last month of your subscription, you have fulfilled your contract and there is no fee to pay.

In all cases you can use the service for the remaining days of the month.

I agree, it would be useful to have a button to switch of auto-renewal. But Adobe sends an e-mail before to remind you of the upcoming renewal.

Please note that when you cancel, you will loose all unused credits so best is to use them all before (the last day of the subscription).
