Hello, I purchased a Picture (File Nr. 110031812), it's an AI-File.

If I try to open it, I can't see the Image, but a Text-Image with this content:

"This is an Adobe® Illustrator® file that was saved without PDF content. To place or open this file in other applications, it should be re-saved from Adobe Illustrator with the "Create PDF Compatible File" options turned on. This option is in the Illustrator Native Format Options dialog box, which appears when saving an Adobe Illustrator file using the Save As command."

There seems to be a problem with the Image File. Where can I get the original Image?

Kindly Regards

Ahmet

I'm afraid we don't have the option to provide that image as a Jpeg.

Also, try to save the file on your machine or in the CC library and then import it directly into the Illustrator application.

Hi Ahmet,

I apologize for the trouble you are facing.

I tried to replicate the issue at my end; I was able to download the file and open it in Adobe Illustrator successfully.

Could you try to download the image via different browser and check?

Regards,

Sheena

Hey Sheena,

thank you very much for the quick response 😃

Yes, I tried another Browser but still the same.

Is there any possibility to get the image as JPEG, that would be good enough.

Regards

Ahmet
