Hi!

I started my Adobe Stock subscription last month, but only used 2 of my 10 images thinking I could save the rest for use later. A month later, it looks like I got 10 new image credits but the 8 I had left are nowhere to be found. Shouldn't I have 18 images total left to use?

What is going on? I feel ripped off.

Yes they should roll over. Check your license history and see if perhaps you licensed some by mistake?

Image credits roll over for up to a years worth of credits (so at most 120 credits for a 10 images/month). You see the amount of leftover credits on https://stock.adobe.com when signed-in.

Yes exactly, so why does it say I only have 10 images when it should be 18?
