Not able to use Adobe Stock after this month's payment

Adobe Stock has already taken money out of my account for this month's payment and I still have 0 assets. Why? I tried to cancel after this and it said i'd have to pay $60 to do that. I don't want to cancel....I just want the 10 assets I paid for.
