I had suspended subscription because I lost credit card. I lost 94 pictures when I updated my new credit card. Now I have only 8 pictures. What I have to do to get back my pictures?
When you cancel your subscription you loose the accumulated unused credits. That's standard behaviour and noted in the conditions. You need to contact Customer Support and negotiate the credits back.
Thank you for your reply but I didn't canceled subscription. I updated my new credit card because I had suspended subscription. Where (to who) can I write to negotiate the credits back?
