Please Cancel my Subscription and give Refund

I only signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock.

I was never notified I would be getting charged.  I never wanted to have Adobe stock, just to try it out and see what it was about.

I went to chat and was about to cancel but lost internet connection while speaking to the person.

Just cancel my account for Adobe Stock or I will cancel my entire account for Adobe.  I don't want three months free.  I want a refund as I never used it after the free trial.  Get rid of all my assets if you want (im not sure if it works like that) but I would like the refund and cancelation of the membership.

You will not be charged for the first month’s billing cycle. You’ll be charged the rate stated above, plus applicable taxes (such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT), every month starting with the second month’s billing cycle for the duration of your first annual contract.

If you cancel during the first-month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded. If you cancel the service after the 14th day after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

Adobe is useless.

 

their products don't work half the time and there is NO SUPPORT ... 

waited seven different times for over an hour for help .. got nothing or the line just cut off

 

Premiere Pro wouldnt even start, photo shop crashes...

 

the amount of time i have lost is not worth the trouble..
