I only signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock.

I was never notified I would be getting charged.  I never wanted to have Adobe stock, just to try it out and see what it was about.

I went to chat and was about to cancel but lost internet connection while speaking to the person.

Just cancel my account for Adobe Stock or I will cancel my entire account for Adobe.  I don't want three months free.  I want a refund as I never used it after the free trial.  Get rid of all my assets if you want (im not sure if it works like that) but I would like the refund and cancelation of the membership.

Hi Joe,

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you. I have checked your account details and noticed that you have a Stock subscription (10 images a month one-year) plan which was purchased on 17th December 2017. I would like to let you know that under this plan, services begin from the moment that you activate this trial period by submitting your payment details. You will not be charged for the first month’s billing cycle. You’ll be charged the rate stated above, plus applicable taxes (such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT), every month starting with the second month’s billing cycle for the duration of your first annual contract.

If you cancel during the first-month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded. If you cancel the service after the 14th day after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

For more information, you may refer to Legal subscription terms | Adobe

If you wish to cancel the Stock subscription kindly refer to our help document Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

Additionally, I would like to let you know that you will lose access to your unused licenses, so, please download them prior to cancelling.

You may also reach our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support? for the cancellation and refund requests.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

Regards
