Bonjour, j'ai acheté une photo sur ADOBESTOCK n°106799650

Il y'a bien écrit que je l'ai acheté mais impossible de l'enregistrée dans mon ordinateur. Il y'a écrit " le téléchargement débutera sous peu" mais ca ne fonctionne pas.

J'ai lu le guide d'aide mais même en me déconnectant rien ne change.

J'ai aussi vidé le cache de mon ordinateur, le problème persiste.

Pourriez vous m'aider s'il vous plait ?

Je ne sais pas si tu as déjà essayé de faire ceci, mais en haut à droite de ton écran, là ou il y a les information de ton profil, clique sur "Historique des licences".

Du moins quand j'ai eu des soucis comme cela je n'hésitais pas à faire comme cela.
