Hi everybody,

I've subscribed my account in order to try adobe stock for 1 month free.

I completely forgot the whole operation and I have not downloaded any images.

Yesterday I received an email from adobe for non-billing due to a problem on my Paypal account (36.69€).

I Kindly ask you to confirm what I thought is the procedure:

-I've changed the payment method and now I've to wait about 24 hour for system update

-After that I'll be able to stop my subscription and wait for the refunds in 5/7 working days.

Thank you so much for the help!

It's not entirely clear what you are after (sorry) :

  • Did you purchase a Month-to-Month plan? You should be able to cancel that ANY time in that case.
  • Did you actually pay for one month, or did you end up not paying anything at all in the end? E.g. you never completed the original transaction?
  • Or did you pay for one month, then forgot to cancel your subscription and that's when Adobe contacted you regarding inability to process payment for month number 2 due to lack of fund in your PayPal account?

Thanks for your reply! I'll try to be clearer

Yeah I've purchased a month-to-month plan (to take advantage of the first month for free).

At the end I've corrected the payment method so yes, the transaction about the first month was correctly completed.

Also because I wasn't able to cancel my subscription whiteout having first completed the payment.

Now what can I do to get the refund, if possible?

Thank you so much!

Hi there

You have an annual plan, which is paid on a monthly basis.  As per the terms of the offer, you can cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the the second month's billing cycle and receive a full refund.

Please follow the steps here to cancel your plan: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership

Thanks

Bev
