I purchased a Mogrt from Adobe Stock. It imports and then it's nowhere to be found in the Browse window of the Essential graphic panel. If I try to reimport, it asks if I want to confirm overwrite. What's happening?
Premiere. I chatted with support. They couldn't figure it out so they gave me my money back.

sorry for the late reply, but that's an issue with mogrts and I found a simple silly solution :
in the browser of the essential graphics panel, in the choose folder drop down, chose any of those,
then switch back to the \ at the top and you will see the mogrt file that you bought and imported
I don't think the file is corrupted, Adobe gotta work on fixing that issue please for Adobe Stock's benefit as well
