Hi,

Do I still have access to stock images if I put stock subscription on hold for a while ?

I have a number of images in my subscription (10 per month) that I have not used yet. So I want to put my subscription on hold for a while.

thanks

Unfortunately, there is no way to merge the two Stock accounts, however, we can close one of your accounts and can add the remaining assets or images(of the closed account) in the account which is active (as an exception).

Additionally, I would like to let you know that you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription, so you'd need to use them prior to cancelling.

Hi Chris,

Unfortunately, there is no way to put the Adobe Stock subscription on hold.  You may cancel your subscription and may purchase that when you need it.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you have 120 assets available for download. I would like to let you know that you will lose access to any unused licenses if you cancel your plan, so you'd need to use them prior to cancelling.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

I understand

Is there any way to merge 2 stock accounts into 1 ?

(I found I had 2 both with 120 images available, I am primarily a video producer)
