Short answer: No, there will be no additional costs if you stay in the limits of your subscription.

Long(er) answer: Your subscription is for standard images to be used in print (up to a run of 500k), web and social media use.

For some uses you will need an extended license which creates additional costs. Also, Premium images are not included in a subscription. Also Editorial-use-only pictures have their own restrictions.

As for the license restrictions 90% of the cases will be covered with a stand

As for the license restrictions 90% of the cases will be covered with a standard license. And depending on what you want to do, it will be, as with my company, 100% as we do not do "products for sale" like posters, mugs etc. And our print run is in the 1000ds at max, so far away from the 500k allowed.
