Hello, can someone please help me cancel my plan. It won't let me manage it as it displays the message "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly"

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 18 Dec 2018.
