I love the product - hate the customer service.
If I had an alternative I would end my subscription.
And I only had a few simple questions about adding a VAT Number and being able to view my account in English.
Could not get a response tghen could not get an answer.
Must be the worst in the world - and it seems to have held this title for years and years.
I like your initiative.
