Hi, I have the same problem, I tried a thousand times to make the transition from personal to team but without finding my over 400 credits ... I had always found good with Adobe, I am also holder of a full license of the programs.

Hello A.M.,

Using the Adobe ID that you are using on the forums I was able to look up your account. I see that a year ago a large number of licenses were applied to your team account. These licenses expired after a year on Nov. 9th.

Would you mind clearing your browser history and signing into Adobe Stock once again? Click on menu under your avatar.

You will see "Personal" and the name of your team. Click the team name and you will see the available licenses associated with your team subscription. If you do not see the team name or if you do not see your available licenses when switching to your team's account, please share a screenshot so that we can further assist you.
