I think i'm one more with this issue. I can't cancel my subscription to adobe stock because after i click on "manage plan" notthing ever appear. I'm still in my trial month and i alredady block the payment from my paypal by safety.
Like i don't want to wait and see if the payment it's reject or not, could you cancel my subsciption properly please

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues while cancelling your Stock subscription. I did go through your account details and noticed that you have 10 images a month (one-year) subscription which was purchased on 16th of January 2018.
Also, I see you have an on-demand purchase as well for which you were charged 76.79 EUR on 16th January 2018.
Note: On-demand purchases are not refundable.
If I understand correctly, you want to cancel your Stock subscription (10 images a month one-year plan). Please confirm the same so that I can further assist you.

I do not expect to be refund for my on-demand purchases of course but yes i confirm i want to cancel my Stock subscription of 10 images a month please.
