I would like my membership cancelled as well please, I had no idea i was being charged this every month and it does not give the option to cancel my member ship

Hi Nicole,

Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you. I did go through your account details and noticed that you have Adobe Stock 10 images a month(one-year) plan which was purchased on 27th December 2017. Currently, your subscription is in a suspended state(due to payment issues) and that is the reason you are unable to self-cancel your subscription.

Also, I would like to let you know that if you cancel your Stock subscription during the first-month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded. If you cancel the service after the 14th day after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
