I am glad that you were able to fix the issue and you can use your image.

Yes. Once you have licensed an asset, the license is permanent. You can use the assets you license regardless of your subscription status as long as you adhere to the general terms of use restrictions.

Hi. I believe I got it figured out, I downloaded Adobe Illustrator and it

seems to give me access now. The image number is 59368888.

I do have a different question. Once I license and download a photo to my

computer I get to use it no matter if I cancel my membership, correct? And

in order to use an image I must have it licensed, correct?
